Our fluting jig allows you to use your router to make fast and accurate flutes or grooves in straight or arched stock. The centerline on the jig makes setup easy for foolproof results.
Installation is a snap: Simply remove your router’s base plate and mount the jig to your router. We recommend using our Base Plate Alignment kit (115-040).The 1-3/16″-diameter center hole fits the Porter-Cable style guide bushings. Cuts straight or arched stock from 1″ to 16″ wide. Flip the wings around to go from straight to arched stock. Made from a very durable 3/8″ thick polycarbonate.
