Rail & stile router bits cut a full ” cope and stick joint that is too wide for undersized plywood stock. The result is that the panel tends to be loose and rattles within the frame. Our new plywood slot cutter kits solve this problem by allowing you to choose between four different undersized cope & stick slot cutters that fit our 1/2″ shank matched rail and stile bit sets. These specially designed kits will work with all Infinity brand rail and stile bit sets and are easy to install. Simply replace the slot cutter on the rail and stile bits with the replacement slot cutters that come with each kit. Each slot cutter is laser-etched with the width of groove it cuts and on which bit it is to be installed..

Please note: These plywood slot cutter sets will not work with our Mission Rail & Stile Door making sets, items 61-507 and 61-502, or the the 23-GLS Divided Light Door Kit.
